In accordance with Executive Decree No. 21-235 of 26 May 2021 amending and supplementing Executive Decree No. 08-350 of 29 October 2008, any natural or legal person may benefit from an approval for the creation of a private institution in charge of welcoming the elderly, and this after the submission of an application for approval to the technical commission of wilaya, on the basis of the standard specifications.
