In order to promote and strengthen associative activity in the cultural field, the Ministry of Culture and Arts grants annual financial support to cultural and artistic associations.

Conditions of award :

• Cultural and artistic associations of a national and local character
• Associations that have not benefited from subsidies from the Ministry of Culture and Arts during the year 2021. 

Institution or department concerned :

• Direction of the organization of the dissemination of cultural and artistic products 
• Sub-Directorate for the Dissemination of Cultural Products

Documents requested :

A- Accreditation file

• An application for funding of a cultural program written by the president of the association,
• Decision on association approval,
• Basic status ratified by the competent authorities,
• Minutes of the last general assembly of the year 2021,
• The last renewal of the association's office and the list of names of the association's executive committee, if applicable.

B - Financial and moral record

• Minutes of appointment of the auditor,
• The financial report of the auditor for the year 2021,
• Acceptance of mandate covering the year 2022,
• The moral report for the year 2021 (not to exceed two pages) highlights the most important activities embodied during the year,
• Activity plan of the association for 2022,
