RENEWAL OF THE APPROVAL CERTIFICATE (LEGAL PERSON, PHYSICAL PERSON)

• A written request;
• An identification sheet with two (02) photos;
• The original of the certificate of approval;
• A true copy of the original diplomas (attach the certificate of equivalence for diplomas obtained abroad);
• A birth certificate extract;
• A certificate of residence;
• An organization chart of the Technical Studies Office (B.E.T);
• A true copy of the original of the civil liability insurance policy provided for by the provisions of article 554 of the Civil Code (in the name of the legal person);
• A copy conforming to the original of the certificates of the contracting authorities on the studies carried out during the last three years;
• A true copy of the original of the tax balance sheets for the last three years of the B.E.T duly stamped by the tax services showing the turnover achieved;
• A true copy of the original of the annual salary statement for the year preceding the filing of the application, duly endorsed by the CNAS services.
• A true copy of the original CASNOS update certificate;
• A copy duly conforming to the original of the articles of incorporation of the BET (established with a notary) and/or an amendment (legal person)

INDIVIDUAL (New request):

• A written request;
• An identification sheet with two (02) photos;
• A true copy of the original of the diploma of engineer in public works or engineer in civil engineering in the 'public works' sector (attach certificate of equivalence for diplomas obtained abroad);
• A birth certificate extract;
• An extract from criminal record no. 3 dating from less than three (03) months;
• A certificate of release from contractual obligations issued by the Ministry of Public Works (General Administration Department) for engineers who have graduated from the National School of Public Works (ENTP);
• Certified copies of work certificates justifying at least five (05) years of professional experience in the field of public works;
• A curriculum vitae highlighting all the studies carried out within the employing organizations where you have worked;
• Statement of the estimated workforce to be employed by your Technical Studies Office.
• A true copy of the original certificate of release from national service obligations;
• A certificate of residence;

LEGAL PERSON (New request):

• A written request;
• A questionnaire (duly completed) with two photos;
• A copy duly conforming to the original of the statutes of incorporation of the BET (established with a notary);
• An organization chart of the Technical Studies Office (B.E.T);
• A copy of the work certificates justifying the professional experience of the partners and technical staff employed by the Technical Studies Office;
• The manager of the BET must be a public works engineer or a civil engineer in a 'public works' sector. He must also provide:

a) A true copy of the original diploma (attach the certificate of equivalence for diplomas obtained abroad);

b) An extract of birth certificate;

c) A certificate of release from national service obligations;

d) An extract from criminal record no. 3 dating from less than three (03) months;

e) Certified copies of work certificates justifying at least five (05) years of professional experience in the field of public works;

f) A certificate of release from contractual obligations issued by the Ministry of Public Works, (General Administration Department), for engineers graduated from the National School of Public Works (ENTP).
