Conditions of award:

Complete and compliant file.

Institution or department concerned:

National Office of Pilgrimage and Umrah.

Documents requested:

• A copy of the agency operating licence.
• A copy of the commercial register duly approved by the CNRC commercial register services.
• A copy of an erased or tabular tax return, certified and validated.
• Affiliations in the last four quarters, for at least three permanent employers.
• The list of religious and tourist guides attached to their diplomas signed and approved by the director of the agency.
• Original payment receipt of specifications.
• Criminal record of the commissioner or director of the agency.
• An original clearance certificate issued by the Saudi operator in respect of the last Umrah activity.
• Notes the actual number of pilgrims pis in charge by the agency during the past season, issued by the Saudi Ministry of Pilgrimage.

Processing times:

The duration of the submission of the file is two months, and the authorization of organization of the Umrah is issued within a maximum period of 48 hours after constitution of the file, including all ratifications in Algeria and Saudi Arabia.

At the level of the National Office of Pilgrimage and Umrah.

Period of validity of the document issued:

One year.
