Candidates under 35 during the current session, wishing to participate in this competition in one of the disciplines below, are invited to submit their applications, at the level of the directorates of culture of wilaya, houses of culture, or the Ministry of Culture and Arts and on the platform of the Ministry of Culture and Arts.

Conditions of award :

the conditions for participation in the light of the following:

• Have Algerian nationality.
• Do not exceed the age of 35.

The best literary creation:

• The Literary Novel.
• The Poem.

The best artistic work:

• Musical works.
• The lyrical and choreographic arts.
• Film and audio-visual arts.
• Dramatic arts.
• The visual arts.

Institution or department concerned :

• Direction of Arts Development and Promotion
• Under the direction of support for artistic creation and the condition of artists

Documents requested :

• Written request for participation (the age of the candidate is between 18 and 35 years old).
• Curriculum vitae, accompanied by a presentation of the candidate's work
• A copy of the work submitted to the competition
• A copy of the national identity card
• Technical sheet for co-working
• An honorary work property permit certified by the municipality

Processing times :

• 06 months

When and how is delivered :

• The award ceremony is organized on June 8th of the current year
