This new service allows citizens to make requests for information and issuance of documents via a dedicated interface, with the possibility of electronic payment of the fee for IPC cardholders, namely:

• Application for a land book or duplicate copy of the land book
• Application for negative certificates on and without formality
• Request for copies of documents
• Request copy of land forms
• Request copy of mortgage registration or cancellation slip

After each application, an acknowledgment of receipt is automatically issued to the applicant.

Electronic royalty payment functionalities are in the process of being certified with SATIM. The service will go live by October 2022.
