This service is accessible to deed writers (notaries + domain departments) registered on the EL AAKAR platform, having access rights to the functionalities of the “Act Writer” module by allowing them mainly:

•  Online consultation of cadastral documentation,
•  The issuance of cadastral extracts, in particular, the PR4bis, essential documents in all land update operations, automatically online.
•  Have the requested cadastral documentation in digital format with the possibility of drafting extracts of acts directly on the platform with as many spacers as necessary.
•  The issuance of acknowledgments of receipt justifying the filing of an application and the payment of royalties in the context of payment with online savings account
•  The provision of each document issued by the EL AAKAR platform with a standardized, national and unique identifier ensuring its authentication.
•  The introduction of a new feature for the online filing of land registration files, via a dedicated section entitled "Filing of Land registration files", ensuring full traceability on the deposit operation:

          - An acknowledgment of receipt with unique and national reference, is automatically issued to the notary following the filing of land registration file

          - The notary is notified after checking the status of his file (in process or rejected file)

          - In case of refusal of deposit or rejection of formality the notary is systematically informed.
