Obtaining approval to carry out studies in the environmental field

Procedures for obtaining approval for environmental design offices Procedure process:

A-submission of the application file consisting of the following documents:

For the natural person:

• Handwritten request, dated and signed,
• Completed and signed application form,
• Certified copy of university diplomas (or equivalence for diplomas obtained abroad),
• Work certificate justifying a professional experience of at least (2) years,
• Curriculum vitae,
• Commercial register, the lease or the property ownership deed,
• Release certificate from any obligation towards the last employer (a certificate of removal from the civil service),
• Certificate of release from national service

For the legal person:

• Handwritten request, dated and signed,
• Completed and signed application form,
• Copy of the university degrees of the manager and employees (or the equivalence for degrees obtained abroad),
• Work certificate proving a professional experience of at least (2) years of the manager and the employees,
• Curriculum vitae of the manager and employees,
• Commercial register,
• Certificate of release from national service for the manager.
• Company's status.

Regarding the approval renewals of design offices:

For the natural person:

• Handwritten request, dated and signed,
• Completed and signed application form,
• Fiscal card,
• Copy of the civil and professional insurance policy,
• Certificates of good execution,
• Fiscal assessment sheet of the last two years,
• Tax certificate
• Updated CASNOS certificate,
• Original agreement.

For the legal person:

• Handwritten request, dated and signed,
• Completed and signed application form,
• Fiscal card,
• Copy of the civil and professional insurance policy,
• Certificates of good execution,
• Fiscal assessment sheet of the last two years,
• Tax certificate
• Updated CASNOS certificate,
• Original agreement.

B- Granting approval procedure:

•  The processing of the approval requests by the commission in charge of the approval of the design offices operating in the field of environment and which meets once every two months in an ordinary session.

•  Establishment of the meeting report of the commission as well as the suggestion of the approval decision that will be submitted to the Minister in charge of the environment
• Issuance of the approval by the Minister in charge of the environment
