People with Disabilities
The disabled person at a
rate of 100%, possessing the card of the disabled person and aged 18 and over
and without income and without resources, receives a financial allowance 10,000
DA / month, any person receiving the financial allowance automatically benefits
from the social security "Chiffa Card".
Families with one or more
disabled children are also entitled.
