This service allows public or private administrations and even Algerian citizens with an Electronic Biometric National Identity Card «CNIBE» to electronically read CNIBE data including the name of the spouse and address.

To use this service, you must have:

• a microcomputer (or laptop) connected to the internet,
• a (standard) contactless smart card reader "Contactless",
