Requested documents:

To make a prior declaration of sale of a property located within an expansion zone and tourist site, the following file must be provided:

• Complete the form of prior declaration of sale of property located within an expansion zone and legalized tourist site.
• deed of ownership or land book.
• negative certificate.
• Location plan drawn up by a surveyor or an architect approved by the State.
• Notarized agency in case of acting on behalf of the owner
• birth act
• photocopy of ID  

Treatment delays :

Regulatory deadlines cannot exceed four (04) months, unless the file is incomplete.

When and how the delivery takes place:

Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts at the level of the direction of tourist development and the preservation of tourist land. Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts of the wilaya, in case of impossibility of travel at the level of the ministry.

Executive Decree No. 06-385 of Chaoual 5, 1427 corresponding to October 28, 2006 setting the terms and conditions for the exercise, by the national tourism development agency, of the right of first refusal within expansion areas and tourist sites.
