Algerian citizens in the interior of the country may submit an online application for the criminal record collection service (Bulletin n° 3) via the Internet without having to go to the courts, provided that they do the following once:

1. Access the interface: Online application and removal of the criminal record (Bulletin n° 3) dedicated to this purpose, available via the electronic portal of the Ministry of Justice.

2. Click on the Register icon.

3. Fill in the remote registration form for application for the granting of the criminal record withdrawal service (Bulletin no. 3) via the Internet with personal information about his identity as well as his mobile phone number.

4. Click on the Save button.

5. In the window confirming the information entered, click on OK.

6. Insert the confirmation code that is instantly received on his mobile phone, then click on the OK button.

Subsequently, a window appears on the screen to display:

1. The criminal record (Bulletin n° 3) in PDF format, signed electronically and can be saved and printed.

2. A document allowing the citizen to benefit from remote judicial services, including in particular:

• Username and password to access the department of Justice e-Services Portal.
• Username and password to remotely remove the criminal record (Bulletin n° 3).

 The data contained in this document will be activated within twenty-four (24) hours in order to allow the person concerned to subsequently remove the criminal record (Bulletin n° 3) via the Internet, by following the following steps:

• Log in to the portal: Ministry of Justice
• Insert the username and password required when logging in to the aforementioned portal, then click on the Enter button.
• Click on the link entitled: removal of criminal record.
• Insert the username and password necessary for the remote removal of the criminal record (Bulletin n° 3) and click on the Download button.

 Subsequently, a window appears on the screen to display to the person concerned, the criminal record (Bulletin n° 3) in PDF format, signed electronically and which can be saved and printed.

It is important to know:

• The service of application and removal of the criminal record (Bulletin n°. 3) via the Internet is available to all citizens, without or with convictions, except those wanted or those established abroad.
• The criminal record issued electronically is exempt from the judicial fee, in accordance with the provisions of the 2020 Finance Act.
