Any natural or legal person (administrations, establishments, private companies and associations, etc.) may submit a complaint or request electronically to the Public Prosecutor's Office, following the following steps:

1. Access the "Electronic Public Prosecutor's Office" platform dedicated to this purpose, available via the Ministry of Justice's electronic portal.

2. Click on the "Register a complaint" icon.

3. Fill in the form for remote registration of a complaint/request with the personal information about his full identity, residence address and mobile phone number, as well as his personal e-mail address, if available.

4. Click on the "Next" button.

5. In the confirmation window of the information entered, click on "OK".

At this moment, a window appears to the complainant indicating the sending of a confirmation code via his mobile phone and also via his e-mail box.

6. Upon receipt of the above-mentioned confirmation code, the complainant may provide the data relating to his complaint/request, as follows:

  • Insert the confirmation code received.
  • Click on the "Next" button to enter the complaint/request data. These are:

choose the court to which the complaint/application is addressed;

specify the category of the complaint and introduce its content;

upload evidence supporting the complaint, if any.

click on the "Save" button.

  • In the window confirming the information entered, click on the "OK" button to allow the automatic transfer of the complaint to the representative of the public prosecutor's office of the court receiving the complaint/request (the public prosecutor at court level or the public prosecutor at court level) who will take the appropriate measures and follow up on this complaint.
  • A window confirming the successful registration of the complaint appears immediately to the complainant indicating the need to keep the username and password that will be provided to him instantly in order to consult the progress of his complaint/query remotely.

Clicking on the "OK" button in this window will allow the display of an acknowledgement of registration and consultation of the complaint/request, printable that the complainant must keep to access, at any time, the space reserved during the complaint/request via the link of the "Electronic Public Prosecutor's Office" platform by choosing the icon "Course of the complaint/request" dedicated to this purpose and entering the username and password contained in the accused referred to above in order to inquire about the progress of his complaint and the measures taken or necessary to be taken in this regard.

It should be noted that the complainant is also informed of the progress of his complaint/request via SMS and/or e-mail inbox.
