Executive Decree No. 21-130 of 31 March 2021 amending and supplementing Executive Decree No. 18-221 of 6 September 2018 setting the conditions for the creation, organization, operation and control of private education and special education institutions for children with disabilities, any natural or legal person may benefit from the approval of private education and specialized education institutions, in accordance with the specifications.
