• The professional cinema card is issued to the person carrying out activities related to the field of "cinema", according to well-defined categories.
• The professional cinema card is issued within three (3) months from the date of submission of the application
• The validity period of the professional card is five (5) years. It may be renewed after reconsideration of the file of the person concerned.
• the issuance of the card is subject to the opinion of the specialized commission set up at the level of the Ministry / Directorate of Development and Promotion of Arts.

Conditions of award :

Prove competence Professional CV, employment contracts, Notice signed by (02) specialists of the required service, have a recognized professional or commercial honesty, A or has participated in a feature film, fiction or documentary, A or has participated in two (02) short films having participated in recognized international festivals. Television professionals who are not employees of television establishments, i.e., who do not benefit from social protection, have the right to apply for a professional card if they meet the following conditions: 

• Has or participated in two TV series (02), A or has participated in two TV series (02).
• Has or participated in two (02) feature films or documentaries for television.

Processing times :

Three months

Draft executive decree amending and supplementing the executive decree n ° 13-278 of 20 ramadan 1434 corresponding to July 29, 2013, which specifies the modalities of issuance of the professional card of the cinema.
