This service aims to facilitate the handling of requests and grievances of users (customers) by means accessible to the Operations and Supervision Center (NOC: Network Operations Center) at our Lakhdarïa Teleport through a customer portal dedicated to the Help desk available 24/24 and 7/7.

After entering the username and password of the customer, the handling of grievances and requests is done automatically by opening a ticket, allowing the identification of the technician in charge of handling the problem as well as all the information concerning the operation such as the object, the date, the time and the reserved consequences.
