It is a special fund for divorced women who have minor children and who have problems collecting child support.

Award conditions:

• The child or children represented by the female custodian (mother, grandmother, maternal aunt, paternal aunt or other close relative);
•  A divorced woman deemed to be in receipt of child support.

• Total or partial non-execution of the judgment ruling on maintenance, due to non-payment by the debtor, inability to pay or ignorance of his place of residence.

the family court judge decides on the application submitted to him, within a maximum period of five (5) days from the date of notification, by an order that is not subject to appeal.

•  the notification of such order shall be effected by the secretariat of the registrars within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of its issue
