It is a document issued by the judicial authority in which we find the criminal record of a person, that is to say the convictions to which he has been subject, and also disciplinary decisions pronounced by the judicial authority or by another administrative authority when they cause or enact incapacity, judgments declaring bankruptcy or judicial settlement, judgments pronouncing the prohibition to exercise family rights, judgements imposing a sentence of community service, and expulsion measures taken against aliens.

Conditions of award:

All persons of Algerian nationality, or residing on Algerian territory, or having lived in Algeria

Institution or department concerned: 

Any court in the national territory 

Documents requested:

For criminal record No. 02:

A request from the head of the administration requesting the record, specifying the reason for the request, and an extract of birth certificate of the person whose record is requested.

For criminal record No. 03:

An extract from the birth certificate of the person concerned and a tax stamp of 30 da.

Processing times: 

The application shall be processed immediately without delay.

When and how is delivered:

The issue is made on the same day of filing of the application, at the counters that are specially assigned to it at the level of all the courts throughout the national territory.

Period of validity of the document issued:

03 months.
