In accordance with Executive Decree No. 21-235 of 26 May 2021 amending and supplementing Executive Decree No. 08-350 of 29 October 2008, setting the conditions for the creation, organization, operation and control of social and medico-social institutions.

Any natural or legal person may submit an application for approval for the creation of the private establishment, in accordance with the specifications.
